The employees have to be permanently in touch, by either exchanging written information (e-mails, files containing orders, sales reports etc) or by accessing the data base from the company’s Intranet (stocks, the orders and deliveries reports etc).
The information has to be accessible to all of the employees and permanently updated, no matter if the person who needs it is at the office or on the field.
Orange’s
solutionIn order to cover the data transfer within the company, Orange suggests a complete solution, that makes possible the permanent connection of the shops to the headquarter, in a virtual private network (VPN), while the field employees can access the company’s Intranet through Remote VPN (remote access to the virtual private network).
The connection of the fixed work places to the Orange multi-service network is realized through a local loop offered by our company. Thus the client benefits of a tailored service. The technology on which the local loop is based on is wireless (WLAN) and it ensures the connection between the equipment located inside the clients headquarter and the closest Orange access point.
For the field force, Orange offers a solution for accessing the company’s Intranet through dial-up and GPRS.
This solution represents an efficient way of being up dated with useful information for the sales force.

The moment you agreed on the solution suggested by the Orange specialists, the process of implementing the communication solution is initiated. The commercial contract between Orange Romania and your company will be elaborated and signed by the Data Account Executive, on Orange’s behalf.
