In case you know you will not be able to answer your calls, you do not want to receive calls or your phone battery has no power left, you can still receive all your calls on another phone, fix or mobile, or you can divert all your calls to the Voice Mail (your phone will not ring, even if it is switched on).

how does it work

Your phone has automaticaly activated the calls divert to Voice Mail in case you do not answer or you are not reachable (out of coverage area or phone switched off).

If you wish you can change the destination of these calls by activating the divert to another number.
The Call Divert service can be activated or deactivated from your phone menu.
Thus, you will be able to manage better the calls you receive, without worrying too much.
Because any phone becames practically your Orange phone!

how much does it cost?

For Orange service plans with included minutes, the Call Divert service is free of charge in case of diverting to Orange phone numbers within the limit of 90 minutes. After these 90 minutes, the call forward to Orange phone numbers is charged with the tariff of a voice call, according to the respective tariff plan. For the 3 , 6, 8 and 9 euro, Free and credit included service plans the call forward to Orange phone numbers is charged the standard tariff of a voice call.

The Call Divert service is free of charge in case of diverting to Voice Mail service.
