double Inclusive Credit option
If you have a Flexible service plan, you can set up the special Double Inclusive Credit option
by 16 November.
how it works
The Double Inclusive Credit option supplements your Flexible Service plan, but can be set up together with any other option available for your Flexible service plan. By choosing this option, your available credit is doubled, whether you use it for calls within the Orange network, calls to other national networks, international calls, text messages, etc.The tariffs for additional made after you have used up the minutes included in the option are those according to tyour chosen service plan.
Unused bonus credit under this option cannot be carried over from one month to the next .
what it costs
The monthly fee depends on your Flexible service plan. The table below shows credit equivalents in minutes of calls made assuming you use your credit exclusively for one of the following call destinations:

availability
This option is available for setup until 16 November and can be maintained for a maximum of 12 months after setup.The option applies to Flexible service plans, except:
- Flexible service plans set up under the current promotional purchase offer available from 5th September – 16 November;
- Flexible service plans set up before 8 January 2007
how to get it
To set up the option, call Customer Services free of charge on 411, go to Web Care or visit any Orange shop.The option can be cancelled only on the billing date stated on your bill and must be retained for at least one billing month. Once cancelled, the option cannot be renewed.
