The Favourite Numbers option enables you to call 7 phone numbers at your choice at 25% lower fees than the standard fees.

What's more, you can text your favourite numbers at:

• 0.035 EUR/ message sent to your favourite national numbers, and
• 0.08 EUR/message sent to your favourite international numbers

The favourite numbers list may include Orange numbers and other national and international, fix or mobile numbers.

This option is not included in your service plan with minutes included.

how does it work

You can define 7 favourite numbers within the Orange network or other national and international networks.
In order to define the favourite numbers list, call 200 (free of charge from your Orange phone).

The first full definition of your favourite numbers list is free of charge.
The numbers can be changed anytime, by calling 200, only after your favourite numbers list has been completely defined; each change is charged with EUR 0.75.

In the favourite numbers list you can define either numbers within the Orange network -or from other national and international networks.
You cannot define in the favourite numbers list short numbers (eg taxi companies), fax/data numbers and numbers of satellite operators.

25 % - it applies both for the calls within the minutes included in your subscription, and to your additional calls.

10% of your minutes included service plan value.

This option is available only for the Orange users of the following types of subscriptions with minutes included: 60, 120, 180, 300, 600, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000.

how do I get it

The option can be activated when subscribing, or anytime later by calling Customer Service at 411, free of charge from your Orange phone and must be maintained at least one billing cycle.
It can be deactivated on the invoicing date mentioned on the invoice.
