If you have a service plan with inclusive minutes, the special charge of 1 cent/minute to magic numbers, excluding VAT, applies once the minutes included with your service plan and options have been used up. For top-up plans, the charge *also* applies to the credit included with your service plan. No other discounts apply to calls to magic numbers, which are charged 1 cent/minute, excluding VAT.
To set your magic numbers, call 200 or *100# free from your Orange mobile.

If you have a service plan with inclusive minutes, the tariff of 1 cent/minute excluding VAT for calls to magic numbers will apply after you have used up the inclusive minutes in your service plan and any options. If you have a service plan with inclusive credit, this tariff will apply to the inclusive credit in your service plan. The special tariff of 1 cent/minute excluding VAT for calls to magic numbers cannot be combined with other discounts on calls.
If you have held a rechargeable service plan for at least one year, you’ll receive additional monthly credit.

Your additional monthly credit will be added to your Thank You credit as from the 12th month for which you’ve been with Orange.
If your magic number is a PrePay number, calls from your service plan number to the PrePay number will not count towards your bonus for calls received on the PrePay number.
Magic numbers cannot also be set as favourite numbers for the same option.
