What is direct roaming access?
Orange is the most dynamic roaming partner in Romania, with a swift development of commercial agreements and roaming services offered to its partners. The Orange network provides coverage for over 98.3% of the population and over 90% of Romania.
In accordance with EU Regulation no. Regulation (EC) No 531/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2012 on roaming on public mobile communications networks within the European Union, Orange provides access to all regulated wholesale roaming services on the basis of the Public Reference Offer for Direct Wholesale Roaming Access, to any access seeker requesting wholesale roaming access to Orange network.
