Normally, your phone number is automatically shown on the phone display of the person you are calling. If you activate the Caller ID Restriction service, the persons you call will no longer see your number.


how does it work

You can activate the Caller ID Restriction service either for only one call or permanently.

If you wish to hide your number for only one call you have to dial:
#31# NUMBER
where NUMBER is the phone number of the person you want to call.
The restriction will be active only for that specific call.
For the next voice call, you will have to follow the same steps.

For permanent activation of this service consult your phone user guide or call 411 (free of charge from your Orange phone).
