Every day, there are a lot of things which you'd like to share with your loved ones. This is why Orange lets you choose the service plan that best suits your family, depending on your monthly communication needs. The family service plan includes monthly credit which can be used by all family members as they wish: for Orange, national and international calls, data traffic, text or multimedia messages among family members or to any other number.

You’ll get discount for calls and text messages among family members even after your inclusive credit has been used up. When your credit is used exclusively for calls or text messages among family members, its value increases . Each user of the plan can check the total credit remaining or additional charges for the whole family, at any time, by calling the Cronos service, free of charge. This makes it very simple to stay on top of your family's communication budget. In addition, you need not worry about having to pay several phone bills, because you only get one bill each month.

As a result, you and your family get a number of rewards:

  • freedom of communication – you choose how you use the credit included with your plan: by talking to one another or to any other national or international number, by sending text or multimedia messages or by surfing on wap or the Internet
  • discount for calls and text messages among family members even after your inclusive monthly credit has been used up
  • control over your costs – you know how much you want to pay and you can take charge of your total remaining credit for the whole family by calling the Cronos service, free on 415 or *115#
  • lower charges – you’ll get the lowest charges for calls among family members and to other mobile national numbers
  • 2 PrePay numbers for your family: you can designate 2 of up to 6 members of your family as Orange PrePay users; all users of the numbers included in your family service plan will get the lowest charges on calls and text messages to these two PrePay numbers

Credit included with the service plan and unused during one month is rolled over to the next month, up to one month’s worth of inclusive credit.

A single service plan can be used by 2 and up to 6 people, each with their own SIM card and mobile number. There is no monthly charge for two users and each additional user will incur a 2 EUR/month charge.

Depending on your family’s communication needs, you can select from the 6 family plans available.

charges exclude VAT; calls are charged by the second following the first full minute.

The charges apply to calls made using inclusive credit and to calls made once your credit has been used up.

Roaming, PrePay Recharge services, Orange Premium services (Info 311, Fun, Gimmicks, Sport, Games, Agenda, MTV logos and ringtones) and other operators’ premium services won’t use your inclusive credit and will be charged additionally.

Inclusive credit can't be used to pay your bill.
